Cheques Galore !

It is always a pleasure to be in a position to donate money to deserving charities and on this occasion it was to three charities nominated by the Osterley Four Pillars Hotel where the Club holds it's weekly meetings.

President Norman presented three equal amount cheques totaling £1365 to Simonne Cook (left) and Maureen Whiting (right) representing the hotel management. The money will help the work done by:- The Clive Project for young people with dementia:- Against Breast Cancer and to See Saw; a charity counseling young bereaved people.

Twickenham on Thames (D1140)

Whilst the Club President, President Elect, Vice President, Treasurer and several other fellows were away playing in the snow  of the alpine region of France, the remainder of the club paid a visit to our fellow Rotarians in D1140.

Pictured here is President of the Twickenham -On-Thames Club, Jim Stevens (left) and Ken Johnston (right) who will become the Heston & Isleworth Vice President in the forthcoming Rotary year.

The Twickenham-On-Thames Club members will be visiting Heston & Isleworth  on April 6th and look forward to greeting Jim and Co at the Osterley Four Pillars Hotel.
