Fellowship Cook-In  12 November 2005
at the De Cort's

Updated 13 November 2005

At least once a year we have a Fellowship event known as 'A Cook-In' where the Club Fellows do all the cooking for their partners (and themselves) to enjoy. This event was kindly hosted by Immediate Past President Mike De Cort and his wife Sheila.

The menu is divided into starters, main courses, deserts and cheese and each fellow predetermines what he/she is going to cook and bring along. Lamb was chosen as the main course and we were treated to a variety of delicious starters including Chicken Tika; Tomatoes, Pesto & Cream Cheese on Toast;
Vegetarian Flan and Soup.

The Lamb dishes included Flaked roast lamb, Moroccan Lamb Tagine with Couscous; steamed vegetables and salads.

Deserts included a White chocolate Mouse Cake with Strawberry & Blueberry sauce; Apple Surprise and Chocolate confections. The wine flowed freely and a great time was enjoyed by all.
