Four Days of collecting at our local Osterley Tesco store was supported by the vast majority of Club members ; thank you one and all. The final count (Treasurer's data) shows the following. Tesco £3705.67 Osterley £ 524.00 Grand Total of £4229.67 One again, many thanks to all club fellows for their support this Christmas. Happy New Year to all. Colin.
We were delighted to welcome back to the UK (for a short visit) one of our past honorary members, Poul Nygaard, who now lives and works in Switzerland. Despite a short visit to the UK, Poul kindly found the time to to assist us with our collections and it was a pleasure to meet up with him again. As ever, our grateful thanks go to the Management and Staff of the Tesco Osterley store and together with the Osterley Park Hotel and their customers for all their ongoing support of our collections. Without them we would NOT have sent so many Shelter Boxes to Sri Lanka and Kashmir to assist those villagers who lost everything as the consequence of natural disasters. Collections this Christmas will be
used to support a broad range of locally based charities that include the
